At Invertebral Mexico we had the opportunity to launch the new line of Daikin Active® maritime refrigerated containers, owned by the OCCL shipping company. The technology of these 40″ft  reffer container  (refrigerated maritime cargo equipment) is active and its technology for the conservation of fresh product is surprising.

Because the maritime transit between Mexico and the port of Jebel Ali is more than 28 days with OOCL, the active technology of these maritime containers far exceeds the traditional passive technology.

The result was as expected and the shelf life for the 20 metric tons of product packed in a 11.3Kg (25Lb) box was successful. No boxes were damaged during the journey and it was a pleasant experience for everyone in our company to work on this Mexican avocado export project to the United Arab Emirates (Dubai).
